At Yaari Fragrance, we aim to deliver your fragrances safely and on time. We currently offer delivery across Pakistan.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Remote and less-accessible areas may require additional delivery time.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any minimum order requirements or other conditions will be clearly mentioned during the promotion.

After placing your order, we may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order and delivery details.

Delayed Deliveries

While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery time, delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather, public holidays, incorrect address information, or circumstances outside our control.

Failed Delivery

If a parcel cannot be delivered because the customer is unavailable, refuses the parcel, provides an incorrect address or phone number, or otherwise prevents delivery, additional charges may apply if re-delivery is requested.

Damaged Packages

Please inspect your package when you receive it. If the package appears damaged or opened, take clear photos/videos and contact us as soon as possible.
